1. Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the delivery date


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us First
    Email our support team at admin@suplimix.com with your:

    • Order number

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

  2. Receive Return Authorization
    We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  3. Ship the Item

    • You will be responsible for return shipping costs

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit


3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued


4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products not due to our error

5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin@suplimix.com.

  • We will arrange for the item to be returned at no cost to you

  • A replacement will be shipped to you once the return is received and verified


7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or promotion are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
