Suplimix Refund and Returns Policy

At Suplimix, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Process:
  1. Contact Us: Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at admin@suplimix.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:
  • Any item not in its original condition, open the seal, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at admin@suplimix.com with your order number and details about the product.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at admin@suplimix.com. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect or damaged product and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
